''John Land of Land Designs, LLC installed sod, a gravel and stone walkway, cleared a portion of the yard, and mulched the beds. John was very professional to work with and provided a quote in a timely fashion. His pricing is fair and while meeting with me to provide an estimate he gave input and advice on the work that I was requesting. The execution of the work is flawless and John went above and beyond to provide extras, even going so far as to line the bottom of my shed with bricks so that the mulch didn't make contact with it and repairing a huge pothole in the service alley directly behind my parking space. The work was finished in a timely fashion and everything looks great. I would recommend John Land to anyone who asks and will be sure to contact him for any future projects that I have. ''

''I have been wanting to contact you for quite a while in regard to the work you did in March 2014 turning my yard garden back into grass. I am just so pleased with the results. When you and your men finished the work, I watered it for a couple hours every morning and evening for a long time. The grass got a rich green.

Looking in the back yard, the new grass blends in with the old so good. You can't even tell where the old stops and the new begins.

Everything from start to finish was extremely professional, thorough and clearly communicated. We had a bit of a complicated "project" considering our backyard drainage issues and sewer lines, but you brought our vision to life nonetheless. We appreciate your willingness to be flexible and draw up the plans several times. Once construction was underway, not a single detail went unnoticed. You even took it upon yourself to "fix" the areas of our yard that needed seed and straw desperately, but weren't anywhere near where the patio was located. We would highly recommend Land Designs to anyone in the market for a beautiful outdoor space. We met with several companies and John exceeded our expectations from the beginning. We love our new patio and look forward to making lots of memories with our family!

Thank you and your team for the beautiful yard design you did for us. We especially love the “green giants”, and I’m sure they will be providing us with much needed privacy. The mulch beads and bushes look great and our neighbors love them. Your knowledge of which type of plants needed was very helpful in our deciding exactly what to plant.
